"Kueh Tutu" is a savoury rice flour cake steamed with either desiccated coconut, palm sugar or peanut fillings. Traditionally eaten at breakfast, they are sold on pieces of pandan (screwpine) leaf for extra fragrance. Initially conceptualized for Singapore Souvenirs, the Tutu eraser borrowed the exact form of Kueh Tutu, making use of its sharp edges to offer precise erasing.
